Why the west has less pressure

Timber in contact with soil, garden beds and mulch against the slab edge, leaking taps and downpipes, and timber fences and pergolas.
What we check
Roof void timbers, external timbers, fences and pergolas, subfloor where present, moisture readings and the termite management system on newer homes.
Reducing the risk
Keep 75 mm of slab edge visible, no garden beds against walls, fix leaks, and keep the termite system inspection zone clear.
